When can you expect your delivery, at what cost?

>ORDERS placed before 3 pm will be processed and sent the same day

Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the next business day.

Please note that zoevstore.com does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

If delivery failed the first time, our transport colleagues will return the next working day. 

You will receive an email concerning your order to track it, please always check your address and personal data twice (also check the spam-folder).

Orders sent in the Benelux will take 1 to 3 days to be delivered.

Orders sent to France, Germany, Denmark or Austria will take 2 to 4 days to be delivered. For all other countries ask us for more information.

>TRANSPORT cost

For all orders in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg there is a standard amount of € 2,95 (incl. VAT) charged, if the order amount is below 50€.

For orders in France, Germany, Denmark and Austria we add 9.95€ (incl. VAT) transport cost if the order amount is below 50€. Please contact us for a quote for all other countries.

You can also choose to pick-up your order at our store in 3080 Tervuren (address below).

For the pick-up of orders no transport cost will be charged.
